Retail Customers:

All orders are sent through Australia Post’s Express Post service (3-5 business days). Tracking numbers are available upon request, just contact us with your details and we’ll email you the tracking number. We only ship to addresses within Australia. Orders placed before 12pm EST Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day.

All orders of $100 or more include FREE shipping Australia wide. Any order (cart total) under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $13.

Authorised Dealers:

Road freight: first monthly order over $1000, free. The free road freight can only be used once per month. Otherwise, road freight will be calculated by weight.

Air freight:. Generally overnight, can be up to 2 days. A 3kg air bag costs $13.64 ex. GST and 5kg $20 ex GST and leaves every week day for orders received before 2pm WST time. In many cases this lands at your door the next morning.

Local Perth Metro: Flat rate of $16 ex GST for metro area only. Same day delivery for orders placed before 10am, next day delivery for orders after 10am.

Please note: Goods to be sent to PO Boxes can only be sent via Australia Post and are charged at standard Australia Post parcel rates.
