 WARRANTY

Neltronics warrants the products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of your original purchase. Batteries are limited to six (6) months manufacturer's warranty.


Should service be necessary for any reason due to a manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, Neltronics will repair or replace at our discretion. Please provide proof of purchase.


*Please note that your warranty will not be covered:
1) If the unit has been misused, damaged by accident, used in violation of operating instructions, or if product labels are altered or defaced.
2) If the unit has been previously opened or repaired by any unauthorised person.

 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 RETURN PROCEDURE


Should your product need returning either under warranty or for service:
1) Contact admin@neltronics.com.au for a repair authority (RA) number or download an RA Request Form and return to us.

2) We will contact you with an RA (Return Authority) number and further instructions.
Please do not send any products without first obtaining an RA number.

 

Removal, refit & freight costs for return goods are not covered under warranty. Goods should only be returned via the method described on the RA.
