• NELTRONICS RETURN PROCEDURE
Should your product still need returning:
1) Contact admin@neltronics.com.au for a repair authority (RA) number
or
Print & fill in RA Request Form and fax to +61 8 9383 7933
2) We will contact you with an RA (Return Authority) number and further instructions.
Please do not send any products without first obtaining an RA number.
Removal, refit & freight costs for return goods are not covered under warranty.
Goods should only be returned via the method described on the RA.
