DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
Your valued order will be packed, dispatched and should be delivered within 5 business days in Australia from payment confirmation & may be sent air, road or post depending on location, size and suitability. Overseas orders may take longer depending on the destination.

Extremely large (bulky) orders may be charged at actual freight cost.

Orders out of Australia (International orders)

These freight charges are based on the average weight of items at the appropriate retail value. If the freight charges for your item/s exceed these limits, we will contact you with the new charges before proceeding with sale.

RETURNS POLICY
Should you wish to return merchandise, could you please assist us by advising, via Email admin@neltronics.com.au or call 1800-633-930 within Australia during our office hours, within seven (7) days of the receipt of the merchandise, the following details:

• Invoice Number
• Full Name
• Contact phone number
• Preferred email address
• Reason for return
• Merchandise details

On receipt of this information we will advice, by return email of our preferred method for returning the merchandise.

Non-defective products will not be accepted for return after 30 days. Defective or non-compatible products will carry the manufacturers implied warranty, and will be subject to return/repair status. Neltronics is not responsible for any delays in repair or returns caused by the manufacturer. Listed below are our return/exchange policies:

• Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
• All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee, unless specified, and accepted for 30 days from the purchase date.
• Returned products damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer, and freight insurance is highly recommended on products valued over $100. Insurance is available from most freight carriers at nominal charge.
• Returned products must be received in original condition with all contents intact. Items returned missing manuals and/or cables or other contents are subject to additional repackaging charges.
• Products returned damaged or altered physically and no longer in resaleable condition will be returned to the customer with a written explanation.
• Neltronics is not responsible for any implied claims or advertisement conducted by the manufacturer.
• Store credit for full amount can be taken in lieu of the restocking fee for 30 days from date of sale.
• Products arriving damaged will be reported to the shipping company as required, however, processing the claim is always the responsibility of the shipper.

Although Neltronics insures all products from damage during shipment, and will request processing from the freight/shipping company, Neltronics is not responsible for missing freight or damaged products due to mishandling by the freight company. All information pertaining to the insurer and freight company will be provided upon request.

All overseas purchases must be made in Australian Dollars utilising the exchange rate applicable at the time of processing your credit card details, and subject to the Australian banking system rules and regulations. Neltronics has no direct control over this process and we are therefore only able to advise estimated conversion rates.
